01Acceptance of Terms

When registering you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. h555 com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from a failure on your part to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify h555 com immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account.
• h555 com may require you to verify your identity at any time as a condition of continued account access.

04Deposits and Payments

All deposits on h555 com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Payment options may change from time to time and the available methods at any given point are those displayed on the Deposit page.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. h555 com does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Where it is established that a deposit has been made from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the relevant funds returned to the source account.

• Deposits are normally credited to your h555 com account immediately or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.
• h555 com does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
• h555 com reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit where it deems verification necessary.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your h555 com account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another verified method associated with your account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, h555 com may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard step and does not indicate any problem with your account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account area.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe displayed on your account at the time of the request, though actual receipt depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• Funds that were deposited but not used in gaming may be subject to additional review before withdrawal in order to prevent misuse of the platform.
• h555 com reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, policy violations or incomplete verification.

06Bonuses and Promotions

h555 com may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback or other promotional benefits to players. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms take effect alongside these general Terms and Conditions.

General principles that apply to all bonuses and promotions on h555 com unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements will apply to most bonus offers. This means you must wager the bonus amount — and in many cases the deposit amount as well — a specified number of times before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds. The exact requirement will be stated in the promotion details.

07Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on h555 com:

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h555 com. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Any attempt to deceive h555 com or other users, including through false information, manipulated documents or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or using other individuals' details.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or table game formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a way that is inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through systematic low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. h555 com takes this seriously and will co-operate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting h555 com support. Unresolved chargebacks will result in account suspension.

09Account Suspension and Closure

h555 com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been violated.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• A security concern has been identified that requires investigation.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, h555 com will aim to communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected resolution timeline where it is safe and appropriate to do so. Any genuine balance held in a suspended account will be held securely during the investigation period.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting h555 com support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be reviewed and handled in line with the applicable promotion terms.
